An All-New 12-Issue / 12-Song Comic Adventure

We are thrilled to announce that we have created a comic book series to go along with our forthcoming LP, Evolution Revolutionaries.

We stepped back and asked ourselves, "What are our songs about? What message are we attempting to promote?" Our songs have always been about inspiring others to do great things, love one another, better ourselves, and be the change you want to see. Being avid comic readers ourselves, one day it just hit us: Our music has the same ideals as comic books.
Written by Shannon Brewer with art by Brett Dungan, Evolution Revolutionaries is a 12-issue comic series about the band Freerunner who all acquire super powers through a strange incident. The 12 issues directly correspond with the 12 songs of the forthcoming Evolution Revolutionaries LP, and each comic book will include a digital download of one song. Collect all 12 to get the full story and the full album.

Issue #1 releases on October 20 with an in-store acoustic performance + book signing with writer Shannon Brewer and artist Brett Dungan at Dragon's Lair Comics in Austin TX, followed by an afterparty with live electric performance from Freerunner at Posse East!
